Our Story
Bella Terra was founded on 10 acres of beautiful pastureland just outside of Cabot, Arkansas by Jennifer and Carter Wallace in the fall of 2015. After their two sons left home for college, they began to look for a place to retire, away from the busy life of the city. Jennifer said she wanted to live on a farm that reminded her of her grandparents farm that she grew up visiting in Mississippi. She first saw the Bella Terra property while mistakenly taking a wrong turn. The moment she saw it, she knew this was the place for them.
With a background in interior design and experience in coordinating, planning, and decorating for weddings and corporate events over the years, Bella Terra came together organically. But, Bella Terra wasn't always Bella Terra. It started out as a storage barn, but over time it grew as Jennifer and her mother continued to add on. What started out as somewhat of a crazy idea, now hosts an average of 60 events annually; from corporate events to proms, military ball's, wedding's of course, and everything in-between.
Since the founding, 4 more acres have been added to the estate, as well as a beautiful outdoor ceremony site and two small cabins for guests. Every year, there's a new addition to make guest's experience's even more enjoyable. Come by and visit us, be sure to say hello, and by the way; "welcome to the Estate".

History
From stories of moonshiners to the remains of an 50+ year old dairy farm, the property that Bella Terra sits on is full of local history that most might not know about. During your time at the estate, be sure to look around! A portion of the wood used in the construction of our tables as well as our venue was salvaged from one of the 2 collapsing barns originally on the property (The other has since been restored and is used mostly for storage).
